1. HOW WE WORK: MADE TO ORDER At Mount Florida Supply, we operate on a "Made to Order" basis. This means we don't hold old stock in a warehouse. Instead, every item is printed and hand-finished specifically for you once you place an order. This allows us to minimize waste and offer a wider range of designs. Because of this, please allow time for production before your item is shipped.
2. PROCESSING TIME (Production)

Standard Orders: Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed, quality checked, and packed.

Peak Seasons: During holidays (Christmas, Black Friday), production times may extend by an additional 2–3 days.
3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 2–4 Business Days
Note: These are estimates provided by the carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal service issues.
4. SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on the site.
5. ORDER TRACKING When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe (Production + Shipping), please contact us at info@mountfloridasupply.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate it. If the item is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
