1. HOW WE WORK: MADE TO ORDER

At Mount Florida Supply, every item is printed specifically for you once you place an order. We don't hold stock — your item goes to print the moment your order is confirmed. Please allow time for production before your item ships.

2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard orders: 2–5 business days for printing, quality check, and packing.
  • Peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday): add 2–3 extra days.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & RATES

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: UK 2–4 business days, Ireland 3–5 business days.

4. ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Allow 48 hours for tracking info to update. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@mountfloridasupply.com with your name and order number.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your package is lost, contact us immediately. If confirmed lost, we'll offer a replacement or refund. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.


RETURNS POLICY

1. Made to Order — no change of mind returns

Because every item is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before purchasing)
  • Change of mind
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no hassle.

Contact us at info@mountfloridasupply.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund including any shipping costs. You don't need to return the item.

3. Wrong Item Received

Contact us at info@mountfloridasupply.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it immediately.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
