REFUND POLICY

1. Made to Order

Every Mount Florida Supply product is printed specifically for you when you place your order. We don't hold stock — your item goes to print the moment your order is confirmed.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
  - Ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before purchasing)
  - Change of mind
  - Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no hassle.

Contact us at info@mountfloridasupply.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo clearly showing the defect.

We'll offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us at info@mountfloridasupply.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it immediately.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
